Top executives feel left out of the formal and alternative education system and most of them cannot afford to take summer courses and executive courses abroad. Therefore, there is an opportunity in offering a program that would help leaders achieve positive, long-term, measurable behavior change in targeted development areas, including:

Basically, the goal of this customized approach to self-improvement and business development is to strengthen executive skills by focusing more on the weak areas and their interplay with the respective strengths. Executive skills are brain functions or cognitive skills located primarily in the frontal lobes of the brain. These functions develop starting at birth and are hard-wired into every person, and they’re fully developed by adulthood. They are called executive skills because they help people execute tasks. Every person has a set of 12 executive skills: self-restraint, working memory, emotion control, focus, task initiation, planning/prioritization, organization, time management, defining and achieving goals, flexibility, observation and stress tolerance.

Typically, people have two or three that are their strongest and two or three that are their weakest, and they are not dramatically changeable for life. For example, focus is a person’s capacity to maintain attention to a situation or task in spite of distractibility, fatigue or boredom. Weaknesses in this area may affect the person’s overall results at work.
Research conducted on a global base of executives shows that slightly more than a fifth (22 percent) of senior executives and managers have a high level of focus, while 8 percent have a low level. Nearly three-quarters (70 percent) have a medium level of the skill.
When it comes to focus, the same percentage of senior executives and managers are high in the skill. Of those low in focus, there are more managers (11 percent) than senior executives (4 percent).

Whereas the respective strengths and weaknesses may differ, it is common knowledge that when under pressure, a person’s weakest executive skills fail first.

Basic Executive Program duration is 3 months with a total of 12 weekly coaching meeting sessions, plus individual work in between sessions. The cost of the basic Executive Coaching Program package is Euro 2,400.
