We are pragmatic and hands on. We feel strongly that plans and projects must be based on economic reality and focus on the real needs of the ultimate user. We have background in both government and private sector activity and understand how they can and need to work together. Our projects are mostly in Serbia, but we routinely travel to other countries to meet client needs and for consulting assignments. We work either on a consulting or study basis. |

Multi servis offers a range of services that contribute to an effective preparation, design and implementation of monitoring systems.
We conduct policy, program and project evaluations.
For example, in cooperation with the City of Kragujevac Gender Equality Committee and with UN Women support, we developed a model system for gender disaggregated data collection, gender sensitive data collection and monitoring of local self-government’s progress towards gender equality. This model is posted on the Gender Equality Directorate, Ministry of Labor and Social Policy web site as an example of goo dpractice.
